Since March 2006 my family, friends, and I have been collecting the fake credit cards that accompany pre-approved credit card applications. I have 65 fake cards. Credit card companies mail out 5 billion pre-approved applications. Through this process I realized how much credit card companies target the college-age adult.
I created this installation in response to the waste that credit card companies create both physically with all the paper and financially with credit card debt.
